Integrated weighbridge, ANPR & automated dispatch control
The challenge
Stonefield's weighbridge produced accurate readings, but everything around it was manual: operators typed in vehicle plates by hand, gate access wasn't tied to an order, release decisions had no record of who authorised them, and buyers only learned a load had shipped when someone remembered to call.
What we built
NodeGroove built the control layer around Stonefield's existing weighbridge platform, without replacing it. ANPR cameras read plates automatically at entry, on the weighbridge deck and at exit, locking the tare and gross weighing to the same physical vehicle. Boom barriers are driven by the same system: no valid purchase order, no entry; incomplete weighing, no exit.
