About NodeGroove
We build the systems that run underneath the business.
NodeGroove is a software company based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. We design and build custom systems, SaaS products and AI-powered tools for organisations whose operations are too specific for off-the-shelf software, schools, industrial sites, and growing businesses that need their process reflected in the system, not the other way around.
How we got here
NodeGroove started with a simple observation: the businesses that need software most, quarries, schools, logistics yards, growing operators, are usually the ones generic SaaS tools fit worst. Their processes are specific, their constraints are physical, and their software has to work for people who don't have time to learn a new system.
So we build differently. We start on-site, understanding the actual workflow, how a vehicle moves through a weighbridge, how a bursar closes a term's fees, before we design a single screen. The result is software that replaces the spreadsheet and the phone call, not software that adds a second system to maintain alongside them.
Today that means two things at once: shipping custom systems for clients like Stonefield and EDU-GATE's partner schools, and building our own SaaS products from what we learn doing it.
