The challenge
Property owners running multiple units needed one system to replace the mix of spreadsheets, paper receipts and phone calls used to track leases, rent and maintenance requests, without taking caretakers or tenants out of their day-to-day.
What we built
We built Nest-RMS with owner, tenant and caretaker portals on one platform, so rent collection, lease records and maintenance requests stay in one auditable system instead of three disconnected processes.
