The challenge
Hodii's operations team needed a real console, not a design mockup, to see what was happening across live orders, flag problems early, and understand where demand was concentrated across the city.
What we built
We rebuilt an exported design mockup into a real, working admin console: an overview dashboard, a red-flags view for orders needing attention, and a heat map of city-wide activity, ready to connect to live data.
