The challenge
Schools were running admissions, fee collection, exams, discipline records and parent communication across disconnected spreadsheets, paper files and SMS bundles, with no single source of truth and no way to see the full picture of a student's record in one place.
What we built
We built EDU-GATE as one role-aware system for the entire school. Navigation adapts to the person logged in: a bursar opens the system on Payments, a class teacher lands on their own register, nobody sees more than their post requires.
